Today is a non-working day in Bosnia’s Republika Srpska (RS) entity as it marks the Day of Victory over Fascism.
Entity bodies and organizations, bodies of local self-government units, companies, institutions and other organizations and persons who professionally perform service and production activities do not work on holidays, the RS Ministry of Administration and Local Self-Government announced.
The heads of municipalities, that is, the mayors, will determine which companies, institutions and other organizations from the area of the local self-government unit are obliged to work on holidays and to what extent in order to meet the necessary needs of citizens.
On the occasion of the Victory over Fascism Day, the “Immortal Regiment” march will be held in Banja Luka, which will move from Petar Kocic Park to Fallen Fighters Square, where wreaths will be laid and officials will speak.
