Commemoration marks 34 years since abduction and massacre of Sjeverin civilians

Thirty-four years have passed since the abduction and killing of 16 Bosniak civilians from the Serbian village of Sjeverin, located in the municipality of Priboj. On 22 October 1992, members of the Serbian paramilitary unit 'Avengers', commanded by Milan Lukic, intercepted a regular bus service travelling between Priboj and Rudo to seize Bosniak workers on their way to work.
