Construction begins on €920 million luxury resort near Neum

According to BiznisInfo.ba, the Tri Sestrice resort is entering a new phase after nearly two decades of planning, land acquisition and the resolution of complex property issues. Access infrastructure is nearing completion, paving the way for large-scale construction.

The project is being developed by Split-based entrepreneur Vicenco Blagaic and will cover approximately 260 hectares in Croatia's Dubrovnik littoral.

According to investment documentation from Croatia's Ministry of Economy, the resort will include seven luxury hotels with around 400 rooms and suites, as well as 220 high-end villas.

The complex will also feature a 27-hole golf course spanning more than 200 hectares, a marina for yachts, an exclusive beach club, restaurants, bars, retail outlets, museums and galleries.

The project recently attracted additional public attention after Bosnia and Herzegovina football captain Edin Dzeko visited the site alongside investor Blagaic. Croatian international Luka Modric had previously been reported among landowners within the development area.

The first phase of construction is expected to include the initial hotels, a number of villas and apartments, hospitality facilities and a smaller marina, marking the start of what developers envision as a major new luxury tourism destination on the Adriatic coast.
