Defence Minister says Bosnia to start producing suicide drone

"The armament of the BiH Armed Forces is being blocked through some of our neighbouring countries, and through the Council of Ministers," Helez said.

However, he added, Bosnia has the best arms industry in the region.

Serbian President] Aleksandar Vucic said that he has drones that they will produce, 5,000 suicide drones – we will start producing those drones in 15 days. Our arms industry is trained to the extent that it can compete with any arms industry and that is what’s good for Bosnia and Herzegovina. We will export those drones, they’re expensive in the market. This is the pride of our arms industry," Helez said on an FTV show.

He did not clarify which company will manufacture these drones.
