The Chairman of Bosnia’s tripartite Presidency and its Serb member, Milorad Dodik, instructed ambassadors from BiH’s Republika Srpska (RS) entity to “not to follow” an announced instruction from the Foreign Minister, Bisera Turkovic, to lower the flag on the buildings of diplomatic offices to half-mast on July 11, the day of the commemoration for the victims of the 1995 Srebrenica genocide.

Dodik argued that Turkovic abused her post as she said she will issue the instruction without consensus with the Presidency.
