Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik, who is currently staying in Moscow, has continued blaming Bosniaks for all the problems in Bosnia and Herzegovina "because they persistently work on dismantling the Republic of Srpska", that is the RS entity in the country.

"They (Bosniaks) are the most ordinary genetic liars," Dodik said on Tuesday, in his address to journalists from media outlets in Republika Srpska who accompanied him during his stay in Moscow, where he was received by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Dodik said that, despite the arrest warrant issued against him by the Bosnian-Herzegovina judiciary, he will appear in Banja Luka, BiH, on Saturday, claiming that no one will prevent him from doing so.

"I will be in Banja Luka on Saturday for a meeting with the leadership of the RS," Dodik said.

Dodik had been hiding his exact whereabouts for several days after leaving Israel last Thursday, which sparked numerous speculations about his plans after the Court of BiH ordered his detention and issued an arrest warrant for him, as he refused to respond to a summons from the BiH Prosecutor's Office for questioning as part of an investigation involving Dodik, RS Prime Minister Radovan Višković, and the speaker of the entity parliament, Nenad Stevandić. The investigation is based on suspicions that they violated the country's constitution.

In Moscow, Dodik denied seeking Russian citizenship to escape justice, stating that "he will not go anywhere."

He, on the other hand, identified himself with the RS, stating that if the "villains from Sarajevo" manage to overthrow Dodik, Stevandić, and Višković, they will destroy the RS.

The BiH Prosecutor's Office has meanwhile opened another investigation against Dodik, this time over the suspicious purchase of a villa in Belgrade, which he bought for €750,000. The investigation was launched because there are indications that the house was paid for in cash, the origin of which he could not prove and that he later tried to cover up the transaction with a loan he took out a year later.

Dodik did not respond to the summons for questioning in this case either and now claims that this is also part of a conspiracy designed to remove him from politics. As a result, he lashed out at the prosecutors, calling them "idiots."
