Dodik: High Rep will be arrested if he comes to Republika Srpska
The President of the Bosnian entity Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, stated in Banja Luka that the High Representative of the international community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt, is "a nobody", that he has no authority, and that he will be arrested.

Earlier on Tuesday, Schmidt addressed the citizens of BiH, stressing that "Bosnia and Herzegovina is non-negotiable". The statement came a day before the Court of BiH is expected to hand down its verdict against Dodik.
"Who asks Schmidt anything? If we see him in Republika Srpska, he will be arrested because the services are tracking him. We are not concerned with him but with other important issues. Let him announce that he will come, and then he will see how things go for him here," Dodik said at a press conference in Banja Luka.
He emphasized that "a troublemaker like Schmidt" is undeserved not only by Serbs, Bosniaks, and Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina but also by Germany, the country Schmidt comes from.
"Everything happened when they realized that the property of Republika Srpska would not be transferred to the state level of Bosnia and Herzegovina. They understood that we are serious and that property is the red line, so they turned against me and the acting director of the 'Official Gazette of Republika Srpska,' Milos Lukic, because they cannot put an entire people on trial," Dodik added.
According to him, "colonialists always strike at the strongest figure to leave the people leaderless, and when someone resists, they fabricate a false narrative of individual guilt."
Dodik concluded by saying that "whoever speaks Schmidt’s language speaks the language of instability".
