Dodik proposes referendum on Republika Srpska’s new constitution

Milorad Dodik, President of the Republika Srpska (RS) entity and a fugitive from Bosnia and Herzegovina’s judiciary, stated on Thursday in Banja Luka that he has no intention of drafting a document that contradicts the Dayton Agreement.
