Milorad Dodik, the President of Bosnia’s Republika Srpska (RS) entity announced all the details of the meeting with the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, on his official X account, Saturday.
"At the meeting in Ankara, Recep Tayyip Erdogan thanked me for coming to the congress of the AK Party, and once again confirmed his arrival to Banja Luka during his first visit to Bosnia and Herzegovina," Dodik wrote.
He then added that they also discussed the political situation in BiH and the influence of certain Western countries on the decisions made by Bosniak politicians.
"The excellent economic cooperation between Republika Srpska and the Republic of Turkey was confirmed, as well as the continuation of all initiated projects, and new ones were announced," Dodik said.
Together with BiH Presidency member Zeljka Cvijanovic, Dodik is staying in Ankara where they are attending the AK Party congress.
Before his meeting with Erdogan, Dodik held a meeting with Hakan Fidan, Turkey's new Foreign Minister.
