The President of Bosnia’s Republika Srpska (RS) entity, Milorad Dodik, addressed a special session of the RS National Assembly where he said that he will go all the way, that he is not affected by the cancellation of bank accounts because he has cash, and that the RS will have to decide how to proceed - to continue subservience and disappear or to survive, but that it has to make sacrifices. He again denied the genocide in Srebrenica and said that Bosniaks can have 25 percent of the territory to live on, the rest does not belong to them.

Speaking about the situation in the world, he said that RS and Serbia must wait for everything to be ready. He said that everything that RS institutions, politicians and elites do is to preserve peace, despite all the serious attacks and sanctions.

“It belongs to us, it [sanctions] won’t happen to the people but to us. We will continue to deal with what they impose on us and we don't need to talk about it. It is my choice, I agreed to be the President of the RS and I knew what awaited me if I do national affairs and I have no right to complain to anyone and I don't want anyone to feel sorry for me and I will go all the way, whatever that means, for the RS and the Serb people,” Dodik said.

“I have no thoughts of giving up and I won't and I'm not afraid. We are entering a new phase of the political and every other struggle for the RS. How my life will play out in it is less important. Don't talk to me about sanctions here. I closed my accounts, and my family was sanctioned, some think it's not, and some think it's fair, but I don't hold anything against anyone. If I see that the RS may have a problem, I will ask the people at the referendum what they think about it, because as a responsible person, I think that the RS is in a delicate situation and must decide how and what to do. To accept subjugation and disappear or to survive, but have to make sacrifices,” the RS President added.

He then said that Washington, that is, the USA, is losing its monopoly in today's global events.

He pointed out that they expected everything that happened a few days after the green light for the opening of EU negotiations with BiH – namely the imposition of amendments to the BiH Election Law by the High Representative and its subsequent support by the pro-BiH parties, and condemnation by ethnic Serb and Croat parties.

Dodik said that some do not want Bosnia to move towards the EU because earlier they destroyed everything related to the European path of BiH.

“In days to come, you’ll see how silly and crazy we are!”

He said that Bosnian politicians cannot agree on what is written in the Constitution, which is that laws are passed by the BiH Parliament and not imposed by someone.

“You think we are silly and crazy, you’ll see how silly we are and crazy in the coming days. I’m not threatening anyone. They want the RS to be humiliated again with the applause of support of Bosniaks from Sarajevo. I think they are stupid in the political sense, because if they think that they will keep the Serbs in such a BiH, then they are seriously mistaken,” Dodik said.

“I don't have a card, but I have cash.”

Regarding the sanctions, he said: “So what? I don't have cards, but I always have some money in my pocket, and I also have friends.”
But he said that if the Bosniaks accept to remain subservient to America, they will close the doors of Bosnia and Herzegovina and that he will return to “old Milorad Dodik” because he “was screwed over”.

He accused the USA, Great Britain and Germany of usurping BiH institutions, overthrowing the Constitution of BiH and the Dayton Agreement with the political support of Bosniaks and partly Croats.

Genocide denial 

Dodik again denied the genocide in Srebrenica despite all the verdicts of the Hague Court and other international courts, which clearly stated that genocide took place in Srebrenica

“Muslims decided to enter into a unilateral violation of foreign policy, the former [Foreign] Minister started it, and the current one continued the same. The story of genocide in the UN aims to continue imposing collective responsibility on the Serbs, and Germany is the sponsor of a document in the UN solely with the intention of washing away its genocidal past (Declaration on Genocide in Srebrenica, op.a.),” Dodik said.

“Bosniaks, you have 25 percent of your territory, that's enough”

He reiterated that Bosnia and Herzegovina has no future and that politicians should try to agree once more, where he will propose some things.

“Bosniaks can live on this 25 percent of the territory, that's enough for them. We refuse to accept torture in the name of BiH. You have your 25 percent of the territory, no one disputes that. Neither Kozarska Dubica nor Novi Grad is yours, nothing. We will wait for the moment to secede from you. The only goal of the Bosniaks is to subjugate the Serbs and take revenge on them. After one more attempt, we will see what to do next”, he said.
