In the municipality of Vogosca, the river has inundated yards and a garage, while in Ilijas, access roads have been flooded. The river zeljeznica has overflowed in the Ilidza area, though no buildings are currently threatened there. Meanwhile, in the Central Bosnia Canton, the Vrbas is rising in the Gornji Vakuf and Bugojno regions.
The Drina river has caused significant disruption in Gorazde, overflowing in Osanica, Sadba, Zupcici, and Gorazde II. The flooding has primarily affected coastal areas, agricultural land, excursion sites, promenades, and weekend cottages along the banks. Due to the surge, pumps at the Vitkovici water treatment plant have been shut down, leaving the entire city without a water supply. In Foca, the Drina has flooded several greenhouses, and the local Cvilin – Kozetin road is impassable at multiple locations. Flooding of buildings and roads has also been reported in Pale.
In the City of Mostar, structural damage occurred in the Cim settlement on the road to Gorance ("Put spasa"), where a concrete retaining wall collapsed. This has undermined and narrowed the road, creating a traffic hazard. Emergency measures have been taken to ban movement on the undermined sections, redirect traffic, and relocate an electrical pole at risk of falling. Additionally, a small landslide was activated on a local road in another part of Cim; utility services and civil protection teams are on-site for remediation, and no lives or properties are currently endangered. During the night, water overflowed in Buna and Zitomislici, flooding residential buildings, where all available services are currently working on-site.
Further reports indicate a landslide in Gradacac on Sehitluci Street, which is threatening a residential building. Authorities have issued a stern warning to citizens to avoid riverbeds and bridges. Furthermore, water is officially declared unsafe for drinking in Bihac, Ljubuski, Siroki Brijeg, Grude, Jablanica, and Konjic.
