Delegates in the House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) entity unanimously adopted the Draft Law according to which the FBiH entity should obtain a register of paedophiles. This draft now goes to a public hearing within 60 days.
The Draft Law on a special register of persons legally convicted of crimes against sexual freedom and morality towards children and minors in the FBiH was proposed by delegates Jasmin Duvnjak (SDA) and Aner Zuljevic (SDP).
Žuljević recalled that the Republika Srpska (RS) has had this law since 2018, and asked the delegates not to be vain, but to support the Draft, and then submit suggestions and amendments.
