The former Bosnian Ambassador to France and Egypt, Slobodan Shoja, was one of the foreign observers at the sham referenda in parts of the occupied Ukrainian regions of Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk and Lugansk on accession to Russia.
The referenda were held by the occupying Russian forces in Ukraine.
This information was confirmed in the list published by the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Supreme Council of Ukraine, Dmytro Lubinets.
Thus, the Institute of Public Information (imi.org.ua) website shows the names of all international observers.
The list includes observers from Belarus, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Venezuela, Egypt, Zimbabwe, Italy, Cameroon, Latvia, Mozambique, the Netherlands, Germany, South Africa, Slovakia, America, Togo (West Africa), Uruguay, France, the Czech Republic and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
