IDC director Mirsad Tokaca detained in Rogatica over Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina flag

The Director of the Research and Documentation Center (IDC), Mirsad Tokaca, was detained at the Rogatica Police Station after police officers pulled him over due to a Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina flag displayed on his car. Tokača had the flag confiscated and was issued a misdemeanor warrant of 100 Bosnian marks (approximately €51) for an alleged breach of public order and peace. Pročitaj više
