A man was killed in a shooting at the Wilson's lane in Sarajevo, on Monday afternoon, the Sarajevo Canton's Interior Ministry announced.

Around 4:50 p.m., a firearm was discharged at Wilson's lane, Sarajevo's Centar Municipality area. On that occasion, one man died, whose death was confirmed at the scene by a doctor from the Emergency Medical Service. The police apprehended the man who used the weapon.

The cantonal Ministry of the Interior announced that the Sarajevo Canton's on-duty Prosecutor has been notified.
