Milorad Dodik, the president of Bosnia's Republika Srpska entity, has arrived at the premises of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the plea hearing after he was charged with the failure to execute the decisions of the High Representative in BiH.
Dodik earlier said he would respond to the court summon and that while in Sarajevo he will “defend Republika Srpska because he has no intention to withdraw.”
Hundreds gather in support of Milorad Dodik after indictment
“I am going to defend Republika Srpska and my personal fate is less important and I will have something to say on that topic, I will have the opportunity, probably, one day. I expect a complete degradation of rights, the Constitution of BiH, of everything that makes sense in this process. Republika Srpska will respond very clearly and decisively to this farce. We will carry out several important activities in this regard, and I think that this is an opportunity for Republika Srpska to get free from Sarajevo and BiH,” he said.
