The President of Bosnia’s Republika Srpska (RS) entity said Tuesday that the decoration of the Order of Serbia that she received on the occasion of the Statehood Day of Serbia, represents a great honour for her and the entire RS entity.
The Order was presented to her in Belgrade by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic.
She thanked Vucic for this decoration, saying that she would “wear it with great pride.”
“There is no greater honour or recognition for a politician, representative of the citizens and institutions of the RS than the one that fraternal Serbia can show them,” President Cvijanovic pointed out.

She added that she is also honoured by the occasion – Serbia’s Statehood Day, which, as she said, “unites the most glorious freedom traditions, as well as modern, constitutional achievements of the Serbian people.”
– You have shown me a great honour, and the pride I feel belongs not only to me but equally to all RS citizens because for them this decoration is a confirmation of our unbreakable ties but also cooperation that is more concrete and meaningful today than it was ever before,” President Cvijanovic said.
