RS PM defies ban, says he’ll visit Bosnia Armed Forces Barracks on May 12 military event in Banja Luka

Radovan Viskovic, Prime Minister of the Republika Srpska (RS) entity, announced he will attend the May 12 commemoration of the Day of the RS Army and the Third Infantry Regiment of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the "Kozara" military barracks in Banja Luka, despite an order from state Defence Minister Zukan Helez barring top RS officials from military sites.
