Gorica Dodik, daughter of the president of Bosnia’s Serb-majority Republika Srpska (RS) entity, Milorad Dodik, has transferred ownership of the company "Agro Voce" to her husband Pavle Corovic, reports Capital.

This company, which was recently owned by Dodik's daughter, was on the US sanctions list, leading to the closure of all its bank accounts. According to official data, the accounts of “Agro Voce,” which grows pome and stone fruit, remain closed.

Besides this company, Corovićc also owns “Agro destil” and “Monte block.”

It's worth noting that Gorica Dodik previously attempted to solve issues with the restaurant “Agape” in a similar way. At the end of last year, “Agape best” was established at the address of this restaurant, with ownership under a relative of the Dodik family, Aleksandar Dobric. The name has since been changed to “Best service.”

Unlike Dodik's daughter, his son Igor has not transferred ownership of his companies to someone else.

Gorica and Igor Dodik with all their associated companies are under US sanctions, leading to the closure of all their bank accounts about 20 days ago.

It's worth mentioning that banks in RS and FBiH began closing the accounts of entities and individuals on the US sanctions list at the end of last month. This came after representatives from the US warned that banks could also face sanctions if they continued to work with sanctioned entities.

Banking experts see the only possible solution for sanctioned companies as changing the company's ownership, re-registering, or establishing a new company, according to Capital.
