Several grass and brush fires reported in West Herzegovina Canton

In Siroki Brijeg, the Ljuti Dolac Volunteer Fire Department responded to a fire in the Ljuti Dolac area from 12:45 p.m. to 2 p.m., where grass and brush burned across an area of around 3,000 square meters. The fire reignited at the same location shortly afterward. Five firefighters from the Ljuti Dolac Volunteer Fire Department, using two vehicles, battled the fire from 2:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m., according to the Operations Center of the FBiH Civil Protection Administration.

The Posušje Municipal Fire Department responded to a fire in Gradac, where a small area of grass was burning, while the Grude Municipal Fire Department battled a fire in Borajna, where forest and brush burned across an area of around 3,000 square meters. Two firefighters with one vehicle fought the blaze.

The Ljubuski City Fire Department responded to a fire in Grabovnik, where grass and brush burned across an area of around 3,000 square meters. Four firefighters with one vehicle fought the fire, according to the statement.
