The body of a 34-year-old employee, initials C. S., was found in the Begici pit of the Kakanj brown coal mine, on Wednesday. This information was confirmed for N1 by the Zenica-Doboj Canton spokesperson Samir Valentic.
The Kakanj police station learned at 2:50 pm that the body of a man had been discovered.
Members of the Kakanj police station, mining inspectors and the coroner came to the scene and confirmed a natural death.
An investigation was carried out, and the body was recovered and handed over to the family, who will organize the funeral.
