Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu held separate meetings in Ankara Monday with Christian Schmidt, the recently appointed High Representative to Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as Ivica Dacic, the Serbian Parliament Speaker.
“It is my pleasure to host Christian Schmidt, the recently appointed High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina,” Cavusoglu Tweeted.
Cavusoglu vowed to “continue to support the efforts of the Office of the High Representative for the stability and unity of Bosnia and Herzegovina.”
Cavusoglu also announced on his Twitter account that he had held a very constructive meeting with the Serbian Parliament Speaker.
“I held a meeting with my friend Ivica Dacic, the Speaker of the National Assembly of Serbia, with whom I recently met in Belgrade. Dacic's many years of experience in politics and diplomacy will make a significant contribution to the rapid development of our inter-parliamentary relations,” Cavusoglu said.
