W. Balkans and BiH on agenda of European Council meeting

In a post on the social platform X, Plenkovic said that he had a telephone conversation with European Council President António Costa, as part of preparations for the Council's forthcoming meeting at the end of the month.

"In addition to discussions on Ukraine, the Middle East, migration, and competitiveness, I am pleased that the situation in the Western Balkans, with an emphasis on Bosnia and Herzegovina, will also be on the agenda - an initiative put forward by Croatia," PM Plenkovic wrote.

The European Council will meet in Brussels on 26-27 June.
