The President of the Republic of Albania, Bajram Begaj, has arrived in Bosnia and Herzegovina for a two-day official visit.

Members of the BiH Presidency held a ceremonial welcome, complete with military honors, in front of the Presidency building in Sarajevo. Following the welcome ceremony, a tête-à-tête meeting between the BiH Presidency members and President Begaj is scheduled to take place.

Statements to the media are expected after the meeting.

Additionally, President Begaj is set to meet with Borjana Kristo, the Chair of the Council of Ministers, and members of the leadership of both houses of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly.
