The Court acted upon a request filed by 14 members of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, who sought a constitutional review of the NSRS conclusions adopted at a special session on 22 August 2025.
By the temporary measure, the Court suspended points 6, 7 and 8 of the NSRS conclusions, and ordered that until a final ruling is made, no RS institutions, officials, or representatives at any level of government may take action based on those provisions.
The Court stressed that this interim decision does not prejudge the final ruling on the constitutionality of the disputed acts.
