The Chairman of Bosnia's tripartite Presidency, Milorad Dodik, was in the Prosecutor's Office. However, it is still unknown why the leader of the strongest Serb party (Alliance of Independent Social Democrats – SNSD) was there.

The Prosecutor's Office announced that all three Presidency members would be questioned to verify the allegations in the case of the 300-year-old Orthodox Christian icon, at the beginning of January, for which Ukraine claims it belongs to their cultural heritage.

Recently, the country's Central Election Commission (CEC) took concrete steps in the case of at least two public addresses by the BiH Presidency Chairman Milorad Dodik, who verbally attacked a CEC member Vanja Bjelica-Prutina and the Commission itself.

The CEC filed a complaint against Dodik, on suspicion of committing a criminal offence under Article 145a of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
