The State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) received an order from the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina to interrogate the Democratic Action Party (SDA) leader Bakir Izetbegovic for allegedly inciting national, racial or religious hatred.

SIPA director Darko Culum confirmed this information for Faktor news portal, who said that the order arrived some 10 days ago, “maybe more”.

“I don't know why it was announced today,” Culum added.

He confirmed that the director of the Srebrenica Memorial Center, Emir Suljagic, as well as the vice president of the American-European Initiative, Reuf Bajrovic, will also receive invitations for questioning.

When it comes to Bakir Izetbegovic, Faktor states, that the Prosecutor's Office disputes his speech at the election rally in Hadzici held two years ago.

Invitations for the hearing will be sent to them most likely next week.
