Bosnia Grand Mufti extends condolences to Iran Supreme Leader Khamenei

Grand Mufti of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina Husein Kavazovic sent his condolences to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran Seyyed Ali Hosseini Khamenei on the tragic death of the President of Iran Ebrahim Raisi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of this country Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and their associates.

“Respected and honoured Ayatollah Khamenei,

Esselam Aleikum,

in these difficult moments for the Islamic Republic of Iran and its people, I would like to express my condolences to you and the condolences of the members of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina on the tragic death of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran. E. Ebrahim Raisi and Minister of Foreign Affairs H.E. E. Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and their associates.

All day, yesterday we anxiously and with prayers waited for news from brotherly Iran, hoping for good news. But Allah's decree cannot be avoided and we are all His and to Him we return. We are content with what He has ordained, despite the sorrow in our hearts.

today we mourn with you and your people and pray for the deceased and their families. With prayers to the Almighty Allah to grant mercy to the victims, peace to their families, and dignity to the people of Iran in their pain, I sincerely greet you,” Grand mufti Kavazovic wrote.
