Bosnia Presidency member Becirovic challenges RS laws in Const. Court

Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Presidency member Denis Becirovic has prepared legal challenges to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina against laws recently adopted by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska (NSRS), which he described as unconstitutional and in violation of the Dayton Peace Agreement.
