Bosnia’s election commission fines SNSD for hate speech by Milorad Dodik

Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Central Election Commission (CEC) on Tuesday fined the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) 30,000 Bosnian marks (approximately €15,340) for hate speech delivered by Milorad Dodik during a campaign event in Istocno Sarajevo.
