EU Special Representative's message to people of Bosnia

The EU Special Representative and head of EU Delegation to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Johan Sattler, sent a message to the people of BiH congratulating them on the opening of EU accession talks and noting that the EU recognized the efforts invested in implementing the necessary reforms to this end.
