The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued a final verdict by which Alisa Mutap-Ramic, the ex-girlfriend of the late Dzenan Memic, was sentenced to two and a half years in prison. According to the same verdict, Hasan Dupovac was released.

Muriz Memic, the father of the victim Dzenan Memic, confirmed this information for the N1 portal.

“The information is correct,” Memic said.

When asked how he comments on this, Memic said:

“The judicial mafia overpowered the citizens. The court panel is crazy. Who enabled Alisa Mutap to remain silent but Hasan Dupovac. This is a defeat. A disaster for the judiciary. This goes to the credit of the state prosecutors. One needs to remain calm in these moments. The man [Dupovac] planned everything…,” Memic said briefly for N1.

Alisa Mutap-Ramic and Hasan Dupovac were convicted in the second-instance trial. Mutap received two and a half years for giving a false statement, and Dupovac got three years in prison for abuse of position.
