Group of citizens protests over “injustice” in Bosnia

The informal group of citizens 'Restart', which previously held protests in front of the Office of the High Representative and US Embassy, gathered in front of the buildings of BiH’s top institutions on Monday to protest over “injustice” in the country amid a major political crisis.

“The people, politicians who represent us – they live on our money. They are obliged to listen to our voice, to pursue a policy that is the will of the people. Also, there must be a legal framework for those politicians who do not do their job,” said one of the protesters.

“I am here today to support this civic initiative because we all need a better tomorrow. We have all become alienated and we are aware that this is far from the state we want. I came out as a citizen – for myself and my family, my children and all my friends,” another said.
