Federation (FBiH) entity's Labor and Social Policy Minister Adnan Delic said Tuesday in Sarajevo that the FBiH will not rush to import foreign workers while unemployment is high.

”We must use the domestic resources we have at our disposal before we even start thinking about importing labour,” Delic said.

Officially, he pointed out, there are 277,000 unemployed people looking for work, which is probably not an accurate figure and has yet to be determined.

Delic explained that active and passive job seekers should be separated, which will give a more realistic image of unemployment so as to relieve the existing pressure to import labour.
