The Kosovo authorities reported four coronavirus-related deaths and 2,250 new cases on Friday.

According to official figures, there are 16,341 active cases and the death toll stands at 2,307 since the pandemic broke out.

154 patients recovered from COVID-19 bringing the total number of recoveries to 106,700.

The Kosovo authorities have been reporting daily counts of more than 2,000 new coronavirus cases leading the government to introduce stricter measures, including the closure of night clubs and a ban on weddings.
