Among those laying flowers were BiH Presidency members Zeljko Komsic and Denis Becirovic, who congratulated all citizens on Statehood Day and delivered unified messages on the nation’s resilience.

Presidency Chairman Zeljko Komsic acknowledged that the country still faces political challenges stemming from unresolved issues of the past. "You must adhere to the BiH Constitution and valid laws," he stated, expressing confidence that future generations would be wiser and more pragmatic in setting up relationships within the country. He emphasized Bosnia and Herzegovina’s long history, stressing that the country has proven to be "indestructible" because it possesses its own foundation and sufficient people ready to defend it.

BiH Presidency member Denis Becirovic congratulated citizens at home and in the diaspora, highlighting that November 25 and the first ZAVNOBiH session are deeply embedded in the foundations of the state and serve as a "guidepost for the future." Becirovic reiterated that BiH’s statehood was not acquired at Dayton but renewed at the 1943 ZAVNOBiH session, with independence confirmed by the 1992 referendum.

Addressing current political rhetoric from the Republika Srpska entity, Becirovic underscored the permanence of state institutions. He pointed out the continued existence of the Constitutional Court, the Court of BiH, and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, stating that the "State of Bosnia and Herzegovina will exist for ever."
