Presidency names man from US black list for Bosnia's Consul in Rijeka, Croatia

The decision on the appointment was made by the BiH Presidency.

Milan Tegeltija is the legal adviser of the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik. He came to Dodik's cabinet after resigning from the position of President of the Supreme Court.

Tegeltija was also one of the actors in the "horseshoeing" affair when he held office in the Supreme Court of Justice. The affair brought Tegeltina in connection with receiving a bribe for doing favours.

The future consul was also placed on the US “black list” for corruption.

He served as president of FC Borac until recently.
