New protests in support of the Palestinian people were held in Sarajevo on Thursday when a dozen citizens gathered in front of the Delegation of the European Union building in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The gathering was organized by an informal group of citizens. The goal was to appeal to EU countries to end their unquestioning support for Israel.

“We want the EU to stop behaving hypocritically and take the same approach to this as they did to the Russian attack on Ukraine. We want them to condemn [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin] Netanyahu and his government, which is the most conservative in the history of Israel and has killed more than 20,000 civilians in the last two months. We want him convicted of war crimes and crimes against humanity. With this gathering, we want to tell people that the EU's support for Israel is much greater than they think and that it did not start on October 7. The EU supports the two largest military firms that directly support the IDF. They also directly support Israeli universities, which enable propaganda and the spread of hatred towards Palestinians,” said one of the organizers for N1.

He repeated – Netanyahu deserves the same approach as Russian President Vladimir Putin.
