Opposition parties in Bosnia’s Republika Srpska (RS) entity submitted to the Prosecutor's Office of BiH a criminal complaint against several hundred persons who they claim participated in election fraud in the General Elections in BiH on October 2: "The first accused is Milorad Dodik, the leader of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD)", said Party of Democratic Progress (PDP) leader Branislav Borenovic.

“There are also individuals who are completely unknown to the BiH public, and there are over 100 members and presidents of election committees on behalf of the SNSD and members of other political entities,” said Borenovic.

the PDP leader added that they abused their positions and roles and that the SNSD has a dominant number of people in election committees because months earlier they brought their members and people who abused the criminal codes of BiH and the RS.

“This is a serious moment for the whole society. We believe in quick and energetic action and prosecution of a large number of people. This is a case of organized crime and unprecedented theft. In Doboj, it is clear that there are some 1,500 stolen votes, and in some places there are several hundred stolen votes. This was organized work. It’s not only the judiciary and the Central Election Commission (CEC) that are being tested, but the whole society. This is an opportunity to move towards general healing. If someone came to power by stealing, how can we expect them to be honest in their terms. This is a historical turning point. All options are open. If elections were stolen at this level, then the votes at all levels of Government should be counted. It is fundamentally important that we finally finish with the dark side of the functioning of our society,” Serb Democratic Party (SDS) leader Mirko Sarovic said.
