State Dept encourages FBiH entity government to advance on Euro-Atlantic path

“The United States congratulates the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the formation of the new government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We encourage the new ruling coalition to move quickly to advance Bosnia and Herzegovina along its Euro-Atlantic path by implementing important socioeconomic, rule of law, and anticorruption reforms,” according to the statement.

It was also emphasised that the United States remains a committed partner to Bosnia and Herzegovina and its people as they build a future in the Euro-Atlantic community.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken previously welcomed the High Representative's decision, stressing that it helped BiH “move towards Euro-Atlantic integration.”
