Bosnia’s state police is raiding several locations and conducting multiple arrests as part of an investigation into organised crime, money laundering, abuse of office and financial crimes allegedly worth several million Bosnian Marks involving the country's largest pharmaceutical company, Bosnalijek.

The Prosecutor's Office of BiH said that it conducted a long-term investigation in which international cooperation was established with partner institutions of several countries.

According to the Istraga.ba investigative journalism portal, members of State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) entered the premises of Bosnalijek and the private house of the director of that company, Nedim Uzunovis, and an arrest warrant was issued for him.
