A Ukrainian sports news website reacted fiercely to the information that the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina accepted Russia's offer for a friendly game, calling Bosnia's potential opponent “the national team of a terrorist state.”
Tribuna.com published several posts on social networks, conveying messages to players of Bosnia national team but also to the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina (NFS BiH).

In another post, the media outlet called out thee captain of the Bosnia national team.
“Edin, are you really going to play against the national team of a country that has invaded your idol's homeland and is killing its citizens,” reads a message for Edin Dzeko.

BiH Football Association's emergency committee accepted Russia's offer for a friendly game in November with five votes in favour and one against. UEFA, which previously suspended Russian national teams from its competitions, said it has no competency over this kind of competition.
