BiH Constitutional Court rules Schmidt’s Criminal Code amendments constitutional in Dodik case

The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina ruled on a request submitted by 32 deputies of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska for a review of the constitutionality of a provision of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina imposed by Christian Schmidt, under which Milorad Dodik was convicted.
