Denis Becirovic Chairman of Bosnia's Presidency as of March 16

He will take over the duty from Zeljko Komsic, who has held this position since July 16, 2025, the BiH Presidency said.

The State Presidency consists of three members - Bosniak, Serb and Croat, each representing one of three main ethnic groups in the country.

The rotation principle for the duty takeover in the Presidency of BiH is based on Article V, paragraph (2) b. of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in connection with Article 5, paragraph (2) of the Rules of Procedure of the Presidency of BiH ("Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina", No. 10/13, 32/13 and 22/14), the Presidency said.
