Katalin was also welcomed by the BiH Council of Ministers Chair, Borjana Kristo.

Kristo pointed out that the BiH government is aware of the challenges facing the country, but it is determined and dedicated to achieving the 8+1 conditions, that is, 14 key priorities on the way to EU membership. She emphasized that Bosnia expects to receive from Brussels an exact date for the opening of negotiations in March.

Kristo thanked President Novak for the support that friendly Hungary provides to Bosnia on its European journey.

The interlocutors exchanged opinions on ways to strengthen economic as well as cooperation in other areas, which is in the mutual interest of the two countries.
