Italian lawyer to sue High Rep Schmidt, PIC before Intl Court

Italian lawyer Angelo Tartaglia said on Tuesday in Banja Luka he will be involved in the proceedings of filing lawsuits before European courts against the High Representative in BiH, as well as against certain members of the Peace Implementation Council in BiH, including the representatives of Italy in that body due to “abuse" of official position and “support of illegal acts."
