Sarajevo: Greta Thunberg joins local activists in public reading of names of killed Gaza children

Greta Thunberg, a Swedish climate and human rights activist, has arrived in Sarajevo, and today she joined local activists and citizens in the public reading of the names of children killed in Gaza.

Those gathered at the Eternal Flame site in Sarajevo downtown carried banners that read: "We stand against the genocide in Gaza", "In solidarity with the people of Palestine" and "With the victims, not with the criminals".
Thunberg will spend the next few days in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and then in Croatia, where she will meet with local activists.
She arrived in Sarajevo as a part of her southeast Europe tour and after she already paid a visit to Serbia, North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Albania.
