While the armed forces of Bosnia and the United States are conducting the Immediate Response 21 joint military exercise in BiH, the Serbian and Russian armies are conducting joint military exercises in Serbia, Sputnik reported.
Both joint exercises were described as “defensive.”
Special operations units of Serbia’s army and 200 Russian soldiers are participating in the anti-terrorism exercises, which will last until May 25.
Serbia is the only Balkan country not participating in the Immediate Response 21 with the US, partly because Kosovo is participating.
