President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik addressed social media this morning following yesterday's All Serb Assembly in Belgrade.
Dodik, emphasized that the All Serb Assembly condemned “any disregard for the Dayton Agreement and democratic procedures in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), the transfer of competencies, and the imposition of laws.”
“The All Serb Assembly held yesterday in Belgrade condemned any non-compliance and violation of the Dayton Peace Agreement and democratic procedures in BiH, the imposition of laws, outvoting of constituent peoples, the transfer of competencies from the entity to the central level, and the violation of human rights and freedoms,” Dodik stated on the social network X.
He added that the Assembly condemned the disregard and violation of the guaranteed rights of the Serbian constituent people to free and independent decision-making and action within Dayton BiH.
Dodik noted that during the past week in St. Petersburg, he spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin, who confirmed that Russia supports the efforts of the Republic of Srpska to respect the Dayton Agreement.
“President Putin is full of friendship and understanding towards Srpska. All the agreements we made in previous meetings are being successfully implemented. I expressed my gratitude for being invited to the Economic Forum again this year,” Dodik emphasized.
