Milorad Dodik, the President of Bosnia's Republika Srpska entity, said that his political party SNSD will focus on transfer of competencies that were, according to him, seized from the entity.
“Republika Srpska remains an oath, as one of the two Serbian states. Republika Sprska is free, it has never been in a better situation, it is meeting all its constitutional and other obligations, it finances everything that is foreseen by the law, it is developing and it is established as a permanent category, dodik said on Sunday in Banja Luka, the entity's administrative centre.
He stressed it is “one of the lies of Republika Srpska's enemies that it is seizing Bosnia and Herzegovina's competencies.”
“The opposite happened: 83 competencies were taken away from Republika Srpska, so in the coming period we will direct the focus of our political struggle within Bosnia and Herzegovina to return its competencies,” said Dodik.
He also said that Republika Srpska is a “debt to the Serb who died in wars” and that it is necessary to protect and preserve it as a “permanent category.”
